Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of PinReport, the PinReport website, and related support services provided by BitTech LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using PinReport, you agree to these terms.

License

BitTech LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PinReport on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable platform terms.

Acceptable Use

You may use PinReport only in lawful ways. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app or website.

No Account or Hosted Inspection Service

PinReport does not provide a BitTech-hosted account, cloud dashboard, or backend inspection database. Your inspection records are stored on your device unless you choose to export, save, or share them outside the app.

Inspection Responsibility

PinReport is a documentation tool. It helps you capture locations, photos, notes, and exports, but it does not replace professional judgment, site safety procedures, engineering review, or compliance obligations. You remain responsible for how you conduct inspections and how you interpret or share the resulting records.

PinReport is not an emergency, life-safety, engineering-certification, legal, insurance, or compliance decision system. Review important findings with the qualified people and procedures appropriate for your job.

Location and Export Accuracy

PinReport depends on device hardware, Apple frameworks, environmental conditions, and the choices you make in the field. GPS accuracy, map imagery, timestamps, weather data, and exported reports may be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing exported materials before relying on or distributing them.

In-App Purchases

PinReport offers a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payments, refunds, and Family Sharing availability are governed by Apple. BitTech LLC does not directly process payment cards.

If a purchase does not unlock correctly, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support so we can help you troubleshoot the Apple account or transaction state involved.

Intellectual Property

PinReport, its branding, website copy, code, design, and related materials are the property of BitTech LLC unless otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PinReport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from your use of PinReport.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PinReport after an update means you accept the revised terms.
